The conference took place in Prague on 14th of April 2011 under the aegis of the prime minister of the Czech government Mr. Petr Nečas, of the Prague´s mayor Mr. Bohuslav Svoboda and of the parliament social committee chairman Mr. Martin Vacek. There was taking part 112 participants.
